Adult audience and personal limits

This guide and demo are intended for adults aged 18 and over. That is an audience choice, not an implemented age gate or a determination of local law. You may set a personal time or virtual-coin limit and take a break between rounds. These limits are voluntary and are not enforced by the interface. There is no timer, account-level self-exclusion or pause-and-resume tool. Closing an unfinished round does not preserve it. If play is difficult to control, appropriate qualified local help may be useful.

Local balance and manual restoration

The wallet starts at 1,000 play coins only when no valid saved balance is available. A saved balance, including zero, is reused. While no round is active and the balance is below 10, manual restoration sets it to exactly 1,000; it does not add 1,000 or clear fractional carry. The coins have no cash value and no deposit or withdrawal flow is provided. Restoration is a demo control, not recovery of a lost stake.

Reload ends an unfinished round

Balance and fractional carry are saved in browser localStorage when storage is available. Reloading an unfinished round keeps the captured stake deducted and ends that round without refund, payout or resume. The new page is idle with stake 20 and 3 hazards selected. Stored balance is not a saved round or a cloud account. Browser restrictions or removal of site data can remove local persistence.

Actual controls and stopping rules

Stakes are 10, 20, 50 or 100 play coins; defaults are stake 20 and 3 hazards. During a round, stake, hazard selection and balance restoration are locked, and another round cannot start. Sound and eligible cell choices remain available. The random-choice button selects an eligible cell; it does not guarantee safety. Collection becomes available after one safe reveal. Known hazards and choices with prospective gross value above 1,000 times the captured stake are disabled; equality is allowed. After a safe reveal the game banks automatically when no eligible uncertain cell remains, even if known-safe cells are unopened.

Expected return and a worked example

With 3 hazards there are 170 initial layouts. Label 4 is safe in 132 of them, so its initial safe probability is 132/170, about 77.6471%. At stake 20 the initial gross value is 19.4; safely opening that cell changes it to 19.4 ÷ (132/170), about 24.984848. The checked policies choose eligible uncertain cells as follows: low-1 uses the lowest safe probability and collects after one safe reveal; high-2 uses the highest safe probability and collects after two; first-4 uses the lowest eligible label and collects after four. Probability ties use the lowest label, and automatic collection can end a path earlier. These policies have expected raw gross return of 97% of stake in each hazard mode. This is an expectation over complete outcomes, not a session promise. Sample simulations support the calculation but do not define it. Abandoning a round without settlement is outside that return statement.

Storage, fonts and the visitor counter

The demo stores its balance and fractional carry in browser localStorage. Page typography requests Google Fonts stylesheets and font files. Publication also includes the Statinside visitor counter for account 44, with a script and a noscript image request. The noscript image declares referrer policy unsafe-url, which can send the full referring URL, including its path and query, subject to browser behavior. These stated resources are not an exhaustive network or privacy audit. Account and payment controls are absent; that does not establish anonymity or the absence of personal-data processing.
